I have over 20 years of construction management experience, working initially as a foreman, then a superintendent, general superintendent, project manager, and most recently, senior project manager/ director. I have worked with some of the best heavy civil engineering and commercial and residential construction companies in the nation on several high-profile projects in the greater New York/ New Jersey and Virginia region.
I specialize in sustainable and green construction, custom design/ build, interior build-outs and core and shell projects. My special areas of expertise include cost control engineering, scheduling, planning, preparing project reports and documents, logistics, real-time problem solving and creative management. I am also proficient with Microsoft Project and Office programs, Revit, AutoCAD 2010, 3DS Max Design Suites and Primavera Planner P3. This unique background has enabled me to direct, plan and coordinate the activities and resources of multiple project teams.
